Shantanu Joshi

Shantanu specialises in the real estate practice comprising of real estate transactions, title investigations and diligence. He advises clients on various real estate transactions, including conveyancing, acquisition of lands, investments into asset holding companies, development and joint ventures, as well as title investigations for banks, funds and asset managers.

Shantanu has handled litigation before various fora such as the Civil Courts at Pune, Revenue Courts, Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Pune, and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Pune.
